Natalie Worthan, Founder and President

  • Natalie is a dedicated advocate for social change, deeply committed to enhancing the lives of military and veteran families. With over twenty-two years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she is well-seasoned in executive fundraising, grantmaking, and scaling organizational impact. As the founder of Veterans Collaborative, she has transformed her passion for service into a powerful force for good, effectively marshaling resources and support for those who have served.

Veterans Collaborative was born out of the desire to do more, give more, and serve more at the local level, where change happens for our Veteran and military community. By bringing together invested partners, we break down silos and foster cross-functional collaboration that transcends typical organizational boundaries. We focus on upstream solutions that do not merely manage problems but aim to resolve them, ensuring a sustainable impact on our cherished community.

Natalie’s mission revolves around the belief that everyone should have access to charitable opportunities, direct services, and essential resources. Learn how you can join our mission and ensure vital resources are available to our Veteran and military connected community when they need them, no matter where they live in our great nation.
