Our Mission

Our mission is to increase on-demand access to mental health and wellness services for veterans and their families. Veteran Reality aims to break down barriers to care, enabling veterans to experience personalized wellness tools, therapeutic environments, and community support from wherever they are.

How It Works

Through VR technology, Veteran Reality offers veterans a range of mental health and wellness options, including guided meditations, peer support groups, and interactive wellness workshops. Veterans can access these resources from home, making mental health support accessible to those who may be geographically isolated or unable to visit a physical center.

Overview

Veteran Reality is an innovative virtual platform dedicated to bridging the gap in mental health and wellness resources for veterans and military-connected communities. Many veterans face challenges accessing traditional mental health support due to geographic isolation, logistical barriers, or stigma around seeking help. Veteran Reality addresses these needs by using immersive virtual reality (VR) technology, creating a safe, accessible, and supportive space for veterans to connect, engage in wellness practices, and access critical resources.

Our Impact

  • Hybrid Approach: Veteran Reality combines virtual and in-person support to best serve veterans’ unique needs. Our partners can serve Veterans in person annually AND reach 100,000 more virtually.

  • Customized Wellness Options: Veterans can choose the support they need, from stress-relief techniques to peer counseling, providing flexibility and empowering veterans to take charge of their wellness journey.

  • Community and Connection: Our platform fosters a supportive community environment, offering veterans a safe space to connect and share experiences.
